What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is fair, but I also receive bonuses that I had not planned on. I am happy with my stock options as well. This is making up an increasing amount of my investment portfolio.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So many smart and interesting people! I work with people from many age groups, educational backgrounds, and professional background in addition to ethnic backgrounds. I love how many mothers in leadership we have as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The honesty and transparency. There are times that they have made a mistake and 100% owned up to it and changed course. I appreciate their ability to re-evaluate and do what is best for the company, our customers and employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have the freedom and empowerment to try new things as I would at a start-up, but I have the support and resources of an established company. Everyone is willing to rally to do what it takes to help a customer.
