Solving challenges that have been ongoing for a long period of time, scaling our efforts with customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear targets and action oriented. In pushing for growth, they do not forget the human side of things and actively show empathy and are easy approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More clarity around where I am in the salary band would be useful. We should also consider introducing levels within the roles so that the only way to increase your salary is not a promotion.
