we really help each other, of course, all of us have some personal goals we need to achieve, but we know that team goes first, and also, if the team performs well, so will you do personally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medallia is distributed globally, has a big office in Argentina. In Argentina, the economy is not really stable, and Medallia pays our salary in a way where we can be sure the "inflation" won't have a bad impact on our salaries (we have our salaries in USD, and we receive it in PESOS)
