My personal experience has been pretty good at this point, all I can say is that Medallia is not like any other company, and there is room for everybody, there is plenty of smart and kind people working on it, and always people is first, and that is something important to consider.

Stock options are something pretty important, and it makes the difference along the journey in the company, and even after being part of it.

Committed, pretty responsible and self organized. Sharing our knowledge is also part of our work, and fluid communication help us to achieve that goal.

To work pleasantly and have all the support to make the best decisions having a direct impact in the products and also end users.

The are team players, and make everybody to participate in all the announcement and important decisions. Medallia is being recognized as a leader in customer experience management, and that is something the world wide market decides based on the good work being made by executives and all employees.
