Overall it has been positive. The atmosphere is innovative, there is so much to learn, people are uniquely themselves and unafraid to bring their whole self to work, I get the coaching and growth potential needed at this stage in my career, I feel fairly compensated

I felt comfortable, sometimes in interviews you feel like you can't show your true self or you may scare the employer off but they accepted my differences

that it is equitable! The team does a thorough job making sure folks are paid fairly and it is also nice to know that we have quarterly convos with leadership regarding performance and a once yearly convo around comp increase.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are not just talking the talk when it comes to inclusion and belonging, they are walking the walk and leadership is leading by example, so there is an awesome trickling effect of inclusive thinking and doing what is "right" for the employees. We have a very collaborative community feeling to us
