We have great people here and the company supports us as individuals.

Open, direct, transparent. No BS, run a good business, but care very deeply for their people.

Doing an actual role play/challenge on three type of work I would be doing in the role.

We are focused on each other's mutual success vs. competing with each other. And everyone is smart, but humble.

The team I work on it amazing - smart, kind, humble - they are the reason I am here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We haven't been paid a full bonus since before Covid (despite record revenue each quarter). Goals are always set to where they are barely attainable at all and just getting there doesn't actually even fund the bonus, we have to go above and beyond.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Following the acquisition by TB, our leadership team (what's left) seems to be checked out. We rarely hear from them and they don't paint a vision for where the company is going. Communication is poor and often left to mid-level managers who don't have the right background info to communicate.
