When I realise the wide array of support I have to overcome any problems that arise and to keep customers happy.

Sales compensation has significantly improved in recent years, the compensation plans are well constructed to drive the right customer centered behaviours and reward sales people fairly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A bunch of very bright people but with their feet on the ground. Medallia is known for having a caring culture and this still exists despite recent rapid growth
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team are experienced and treading a proven path that is delivering results. They arent afraid to take tough decisions. They make smart hiring decisions in key strategic areas to bring in experience needed or to 'up level' our capability as we mature as a software company.
