two different companies from my start date til now: began as a fast-paced, brutal startup environment with 60hr minimum weeks, to a much larger bureaucratic maze to navigate with still challenging work, but more need for management. i had a great time progressing my technical skills

friendly folks and low ego among many (but not all) workers. very easy to access colleagues if one takes the initiative to begin contact
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1 year delay on an earned raise was disappointing (awarded 2020, enacted 2021), as were long-term vesting RSUs for veteran employees. reward employees with cash or crypto
