Medallia is the place to be. You will be paid fairly and given every opportunity to shine in your role, and get the support you need when you are ready to move on, whether it's internally or elsewhere. This has been the most rewarding part of my career to date!

Honest, transparent, real human beings. They don't sugar coat anything and they are super engaging as well.

being able to interact with my customers but also connecting with peers. Such a fun dynamic group of people!

the pay! I got a pretty significant bump in pay when I was offered the job and another big bump after one year!

I love working with my customers. Really great people who just want what's best for their companies. My coworkers are also amazing rockstars!

We come from all walks of life but all seem to get the unified purpose we have in meeting our customers' needs. I am constantly learning from my teammates.
