Transparency and level-headed thinking. It doesn't feel like the leadership team is actively hiding anything from employees.

Fair value given my experience in this area of expertise, and Medallia uses a bonus based on company performance rather than just individual performance.

Getting to work with brilliant people at an exciting company, but more than that is the healthy work environment. We're moving fast and yet everyone maintains friendly, professional energy that centers on mutual respect.
