Work load is insane, training is poor for the role I am in. Unless you are an analyst there is no training. Job description does not match what you are expected to do.

very little - I am truly drained each day

a couple people are willing to help at any time

Certain people seem to care and want to help you be successful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing comes to mind - I truly wish leadership would work better at making sure people are put in the roles that maker sense versus just placing bodies because we are short staffed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The number of hours expected to be worked keeps you from having any work life balance. There is little training to help you truly prepare for your role and a complete lack on ongoing training. YOu are just expected to figure it out and very few people will make time to help you
