No one is in it solely for themselves. We are a team - no matter what ones role is. We all matter and are needed to get a deal done. My team is smart and thoughtful and fantastic to work with

Best explained in an example: During COVID- I worked 10-11 hours a day and took care of my child as a single mom. The team CARED and supported each other. Allowing me to be able to be a productive, successful SD and Mom.
