We've had a lot of change. 4 CEOs in 4 years, employees and customer have whiplash over the changes. We've lost significant benefits and there's definitely a culture of nickel and diming customers. And the unlimited PTO is a laughable when you are required to maintain utilization targets.
It would be nice if we returned to the culture we had under the previous leadership. I'd like to see us more openly embrace what's happening in the world and react financially, emotionally, mentally.
They're super smart and all very collaborative
Helping customers solve problems impacting their customers
They're transparent in sharing what's important
the amount of money I recieve
Medallia drinks their own champagne
Lots of opportunities for your voice to be heard
It's shifting more towards what is was 5 years ago
When I'm allowed to service my clients as they need
Collaboration and dedication to doing the right thing for our clients
very smart people on my direct team, outside my team - not so much
Providing solutions, advise to clients they need and seeing their joy when you do so.
Decent health insurance and 401k plan. It would be nice to have better stock options again.
They actually understand and value what we do as a company, that's something we lost when Leslie left.
Pay - but we've lost so many benefits in the handful of years I've been here. I don't think getting a gym membership is making up for everything we've lost
