
Commitment to town halls on diversity
My direct team genuinely cares for each others' well being.
Their kindness and willingness to have a dialogue, but I think they miss the mark on serious discussions on socioeconomic issues.
I am making 10-20k less than my peers in the same position within my city. I love my team, but they are not taking fair compensation seriously. I have been told "compensation is not why people leave Medallia" but I know that is why some peers of mine have left.
