The ERGs are really nice. There's always a sense of belonging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication and transparency. They listen to the employee and make decisions based of that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think my role doesn't reflect my position. As an analyst, I'm expected to manage projects, lead client discussions and others. I didn't get promoted this year, even though I exceeded my lead's expectations. I think it depends who you get as manager, you get evaluated differently.
