Medallia promotes bringing your whole self to work. They highlight interests and passions that go far beyond the software we are selling.

Medallia truly means what they say when they say they want to hire the whole person. Vacation is celebrated as much as hard work abd that helps me show up supported abd confident !

Everyone at Medallia is extremely smart and willing to be helpful. There is also deep trust from one colleague to another to get the job done. It allows each of us to present ourselves confidently knowing we support each other fully.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is transparent with all organizational information and updates. They also consistently ask for feedback from us and then show us what they plan to do about it in a timely way. I have never experienced this level of inclusiveness within an organization.
