Everyone is so helpful, and willing to step in and lend a hand when critical issues/projects/deliverables need to be addressed quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I am undervalued compensation-wise in comparison with my peers in alike roles at the company. Having started at Medallia during the Pandemic, I came into my hiring negotiations feeling as though I did not have leverage to ask for a higher base compensation...
