What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fairly transparent in the areas they are allowed to be. Open and honest!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we have a bonus plan, equity incentives, and when talking to the market I know I am paid very well at Medallia.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together, teach each other, build each other up. We have a global team so it is challenging at times, but I enjoy coming to work everyday and a lot of that is attributed to the people I work with.
