The best parts about the benefits package are the 401k matching and the unlimited PTO

I think the whole profit sharing information can be more digestible and straight forward. When we were first informed about this, it was confusing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not really familiar with them. Maybe hosting more coffee chats or seeing them via zoom would help. I only remember the names of the leadership team who periodically email us aobut new updates.
