Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was recently promoted to a director level with a minimal % increase in my salary. No other benefits were given. This is not aligned on what I was expecting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all are here to do our best and we assume positive intent. The team relies on each other like a family. There is no shame if anyone makes a mistake we fix it and lift each other.
