I have loved being at Medallia but since the TB acquisition, Medallia has drastically changed. I personally believe Medallia can be as heavily sales focused as we are now but also employee centered which has near vanished from Medallia since TB took over.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Medallia used to be a dream culture but once TB came in that went downhill fast. Poor decisions were made at the leadership level which didnt just cost people their jobs it gutted a once great culture. There are still employees trying to build it back but leadership doesnt seem to care.

The people I work with directly.

Medallians try extremely hard to be as inclusive as possible to all people.

My team is extremely supportive, as well as communicative on what we are all working on.

Absolutely love the people I work with. Unfortunately a lot of us have bonded more due to the deteriorating culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The new leaders at Medallia need to be far more transparent as well as begin to think about retaining Medallians.

Actually being a part of the orgs they lead. Our ELT seems to be very detached from Medallia and its been hurting the Medallia culture for years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team members are extremely helpful. Everybody seems to really understand that most of Medallia's issues aren't caused by us and that keeps us all in support of each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Medallia is going through a lot of leadership/people changes and its not been handled well in regard to keeping trust and building culture. I'd advise looking internally for leaders as well as investing in Medallia culture as its not going in the right direction as of now.
