Actually caring about employees and integrating the new company as one instead of keeping everything (intranets etc.) completely separate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
MF is very cost conscious, had a spending freeze with limited increases that don't match with increases in development in the same time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just wish there was a greater atmosphere of working hard and using all eight hours to work hard. There is too much free time.
