I like the new leadership team that the company has brought in. Everyone is excited for growth and ready to think outside the box and tackle big problems related to growth and expansion.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance benefits are fairly priced and have multiple helpful options. It is not just medical but also everything else one might need.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think the company has quite figured out the right balance after Covid/return to work. I think because the company has penny-pinched for so long they don't know how to properly pay existing employees to industry standard.

Our office is very supportive of each other and goes beyond to help each other out. Not only is this support professional but it is also emotional and sometimes personal. This office feels more than just coworkers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability to laugh throughout the day and bring each other's moods up. When one team member is struggling the office is always proactive at being there for that coworker and making them feel encouraged and excited to continue the day.
