What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy is the only thing that makes me stay at KT.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is responsive. Whenever a customer calls in and report an AE our leadership listens to the AE side of the story as well to take a informed decision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every guy in my team is well equipped with knowledge and skills required to do the job. We all work as a group rather than doing our own thing all the time we all work together and solve problems which are faced by any individual
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commission plan is not good as it used to be. The effort it takes to close deals and complete my quota is much more as compared to the commission plan as well as the basic salary is not that good. KT as an company should stand out in the crowd in terms of everything. That's what I believe.
