People are excited about the future, and engaged today. And it feels good to work somewhere that is actually making the road safer and reducing emissions, and that is felt throughout the company. It’s rare to have hypergrowth
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are smart and driven but also are diverse human beings. I used to work in finance where most people are cookie cutter versions of one another, at least ideologically. This is way better. And it contributed to diversity of thought and solutions.
