It very welcoming and easy-going while being competitive at the same time a good balance of keeping me on my toes and giving me a moment to catch my breath
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The thing is that KT has been reducing their sales commission percentage continuously and with the increase of the target this quarter and the decrease of commission to 3.33% that is very low and makes me worry about my future here.
