It has been a great experience comparing with the current market. There's no better workplace and work environment. Also, the commissions and payscale, despite the deterioration, is yet unmatched which makes this company a preference for me.

My revenue for the most part. Also, there are often some bonuses and some times they also distribute goodies.

Lesser restrictictions. Goes bothways actually as employees also have a sense of responsibility and despite all the relaxation, they know what they're expected to achieve
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Difference across segments. By that, I'd have the company focus on increments across departments and not reductions to narrow down to a singular pay scale. There should be more opportunities for people going an extra mile to earn extra as well.
