Good 4+ years. However, no sometimes job security kicks in given the ever-evolving global situations and internal C-Suite level decisions which are more Investor & growth based and are non-aligned towards providing a secure job mentality towards its folks.

Employee Satisfaction. Need more emphasis on employee satisfaction. More focus towards retention rather then shreding resources

Transparency however it should be more open and transparent when it comes to internal departmental processes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
L6s and above have RSU or Equity whereas PK L6 Managers do not. This needs to be fixed either via RSU allocation or equity as per any L6 in any other location or team
