Overall a nice experience. The major downside is the lowest commissions, plus extremely high monthly/quarterly quotas.

quotas should be decreased and commissions should be increased to add motivation. AE's should be given some authority , especially CFS 1-2

Quotas are too high for CFS 1-2 and commissions have decreased drastically. If this is sorted out, then the major problem will be solved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The quotas are too high, due to which the commission rates have been decreased so much. It reduces motivation to go an extra mile for a high generation of revenue. Because, even if an AE is hitting a 150% quota, the commission rates are so low that he does not get a sufficient amount at the end.
