Absolutely love KT! I'm 20 and currently studying while working, nothing makes me prouder than being a part of KeepTruckin and has opened endless opportunities for me. I've learned so much in three months here, upskilled, became better at what I do. Everyday, I feel motivated to do even better.

We have great leaders here at KT, so humble, so kind and so hard-working!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we're able to earn bonuses on top of our basic salary, although it would be appreciated if the basic salary would be increased. But the bonus, upsell and spiffs are a great way to keep employees motivated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is one of the best people I've come across in the past five years since I started working! The way he understands, uplifts and motivates the team is incredible. He goes above and beyond to make us love what we do by being understanding, supportive and appreciative.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm a workaholic, but I'm also extremely concerned about equality and rights. KeepTruckin has such a diverse culture where you're equally paid, equally appreciated and always recognized for the hard work you do. Also, I love the surprises, voucher and gifts, I hope those will keep coming in ;)
