The people and it was always nice to work from office but due to COVID it's different now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I'm not getting paid for my potential after working for so long the compensation is just average my friends in the same role making more money than me in other companies. I expect a better salary.
