life is been a roller coaster so far in my experince working at some previous companies but I have worked for three months at KT yet so I wouldn't say a lot. I have plans to work long-term. I am very much satisfied and never feel like it's an office. It's a place where people help people to grow in.

Team with best members understanding, patiance and team work
What makes you most happy at work?
Making sales makes me excited while working in such a smooth work routine
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but being in sales there should be more spiffs on KPIs or the commission structure is not satisfaactory
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have not worked from the office yet so can't say a lot about culture it's always explained when experienced but while WFH its splendid
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about leadership is the way they treat us and always putting efforts to find out ways how work can made more easier for us and productive.
