My experience have been amazing they only issue I have with the company is that they don't pay be according to my skills and abilities. They keep on decreasing my payout by decreasing my base commission rate. I have been working here for more than a year and I haven't been made a senior AE as of yet

What do you like best about the leadership team?
When it comes to closing a deal they go extra mile to help me. And here I am talking about just my manager and My senior manager. No one else seems to care much
What makes you most happy at work?
If I were to be paid according to my skills. As I put in a lot of effort not just closing my customers but bringing the relationship forward by helping them out so I should be paid accordingly. THIS WOULD MAKE ME HAPPY!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As I have been working from home ever since I joined I don't know much about the workplace environment but generally environment is quite open and friendly. You get to interact with everyone. But again some of the senior management recently hired are imposing policies that goes against the Account E
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
KeepTruckin Keeps on decreasing my pay out, as soon as they notice I am a good closer and I can close more, they increase my Quota target and decrease my payout forcing me to struggle more to earn money. They are making harder and harder to earn money. I deserve to be paid more.
