Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall, COMPLAN PLAN and commission structure have been reduced after the increase in Quota target. Target has been higher now and commission is Low. I will feel great and confidant if the company revises the overall structure of COMPLAN PLAN and incentives and offer better compensation.
