There's immense workload and pressure. It can be improved by adding more labour/team mates and by paying fair salaries
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the average wages in our country, our department is paid way lesser than average. Considering the manager has hired some very experienced and skilled people, there's way lesser motivation due to lower pay scale, compared to the higher work load at hand.
