So far its a good experience but growth opportunities are not there and I think we are being underpaid Company needs to do something to retain its valuable employee's

It was really good back in the day in 2019 but now its getting worse with every passing day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commissions are very low, Company needs to work on the commission percentages. I have given 3 years of my time to this company and still I am stuck at the same role with less money that I used to make in 2019 or 2020
