i am a manager of my own work which gives me a lot of confidence and happiness alongside.

We work as a team and resolve our issues by focusing it altogether, we even use our resources for helping each others and not limited to ourself.

its the amount of confidence our company provides us on every matter weather personal or work related, we have a discrimination free environment where everyone loves the diversity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am absolutely stunned by the vision of our CEO and level of motivation he brings to the work and company overall. I feel amazing working with this leadership everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I myself and we as a team performing exceptionally well since we are at KT but with every quarter goes by the targets gets increased to the level where its hard to reach but that is not a problem, The problem is with the OTV not increasing which leads to a motivation less work honestly.
