The environment, the motivation we gets from our seniors, the fun chats with team everything is great here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trust each other to play their position well. Each player brings distinct skills to the team, and we all trust one another to get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As KT's employee I am really overwhelmed with the recognition i get and the things i get to learn every day but I feel like they should consider increasing commission rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People here at KT, there visions are so wide and clear and the way they help each other grow makes me feel really proud of being its employee and specially the environment they provide to women is remarkable i feel really comfortable working here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are super supportive and I am more than grateful to have such people around me. I get to learn so much from them every day and the way they help each other its really impressive. And our manager he's the one who wants to see each one of us rise and that's the kind of motivation he gives us too.
