What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everyone is primarily focused on themself and their own growth. Lack of leadership that are "experts" in their field and do not possess the adequate skillset. KT seems to hire more based on where individuals were before (Google, Uber, etc.) vs. what they have actually accomplished.
