The company should work on promoting people who actually deserve to be promoted, not just because they're on good terms with their managers. This happens way too often and a lot more than you would think. Besides that, the pay could and should be better. Apart from all that, it's pretty good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay. The old pay structure was fair. I understand the pandemic had everyone worried but now that the company is in the clear, we should get paid what we're due. Raise the comp plan! Our numbers are high enough to prove that we deserve to be where we were back then, if not better.
