Good people, safe environment, meaningful interaction personally and professionally, good learning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Higher management wants transparency yet it seems as if it just stops at Mid Level management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, however, I will say that the talent is being incorrectly valued in my Department, specifically in leadership. All of my reviews for the Executive team are for the Executive team of my department. I don't have much context on the rest of them.
