Its a growing company with alot of professional individuals, and oppurtunities and professional environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are professional straight forward and capable of being in the leadership. But they lack expertise when it comes to communicate with the team to make them heard of and valued
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As per my job description and work load, i think we are paid a lil bit in comaprison to the work we do. But still its not bad, its just that it would have been much amazing and attractive if it was a bit more higher
