It was great 2 years ago. Today there are too many operational hiccups that seem to remain unprioritized among the leadership, making it painfully hard to do my job every single day.

Can't identify a single most positive thing during a 2 year WFG culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find it really inspiring that the leadership has a never ending focus on innovating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A salary cut at the beginning of the COVID pandemic shaved off 70% of my then salary, tying it in parts to lack of business in the industry and to some recent market anchor surveys. Now that the our sales teams have delivered exceptional year on year growth, it would be nice to reconsider salaries
