Everyone is so helpful and a message away there are no barriers at all everyone is ready to guide and help

The best thing about my team is that everybody is so corporative even the manager is just one message away and responds quickly and solves the issue right on time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well it's just about the pay roll that is a bit less apart from that i am not being undervalued if the salary package gets improved it would compensate greatly
