What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It used to be the visibility but I feel like that's changed a bit, at least in support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
T2 used to be on the same level as a T1 lead in support. Now the pay gap has exponentially increased for a T1 lead while a T2 rep is paid the same as before. This is very unfair in my opinion to the T2 reps who joined before the pays changed for T1.
