They reiterate the workflow process quite often. Often enough for it make sense and sink in.

It's about my own personal financial goals and less about how great the company makes me feel. More work means more money. The company couldn't care less about you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would perhaps feel better if the targets are matched with the compensation. It seems as if the amount of work needed to be put in substantially increases whereas the benefits and compensation against it decreases.
