The experience is pretty positive. The learning is great and the cultural diversity is what makes it unique. I believe the company should provide more freedom and ownership of the tasks that I do to achieve the objectives.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my department, the workload is increasing every month with new tasks to complete on daily basis and given the inflation in the country and the compensation a similar role in other companies I believe my compensation must be reconsidered.
