They have the positive attitude towards the teammates and are always helping.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commission structure is not that well even after achieving goals and targets we just get $1000 pay. Commission rates needs to be changed and WFH allowances should be increased as company is saving a lot from not opening the office.
