Extremely challenging work life balance as of late. Impossible to have a good balance mainly becuase of working accross time zones, but also because of forced work from home

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Equal opportunity is good. Generally the positivity has gone down since the budget cuts and more formal processes have kicked in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pk Employees are not compensated fairly compared to Indian of US employees. The compensation based on levels does not justify the skillset and capabilities
