It was the best company in the world once I joined, everything was perfect, but it soon started going downhill, and now it's not as lively as it used to be, but I'm still glad that there are some good people here that make work fun

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team is treated as an outcast in the department when it comes to compensation, all I want is nothing more but to be paid equally and according to the hierarchy. We get paid the same amount of money as the department below us, and this should change, we should be paid as much as our peers.
